The room is suitable for a maximum of one person. Shops (baker, dispensing chemist and supermarkets etc) are only 50 metres away. The monthly rent of €460 includes service charges, heating costs and electricity. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay by arrangement. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony! We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Dortmund’s City-Ost/Körne district. This district lies on the edge of the city centre, along the Kaiserstraße. Here you will find not only shops but also older residential buildings and developments of detached houses, some of which are within walking distance of the city centre. Around 2km away is the B236 main road, which provides links to the A2, B1 and A45.
