This multi-family building can be found on Herner Straße. The city centre, with all its shops and businesses, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The A40 is only around two minutes’ drive away. The entrance to the underground rail station is only 100 metres from the building. From here you have a direct connection to the main rail station and the Ruhr University Bochum.
The rent already includes the operating and heating costs for 1-2 persons. Electricity costs and internet access are already included in the rent.

Ausstattung

Upon entry, the hall offers an extremely appealing impression, with recessed lighting, a large mirror and a wardrobe. The living room is furnished with a cosy corner sofa, extra-large TV on a low sideboard, and also offers a fireplace. The dining kitchen features fitted kitchen units, with the washing machine and smaller electrical appliances being housed in an alcove behind it. A dining table with two benches, a large fridge-freezer and a complete selection of tableware and cooking utensils are provided. The floor-level fold-out windows (Velux mini-balcony) provide a fascinating view of the mining museum and its winding tower. The bedroom is furnished with a double divan bed and spacious corner wardrobe. It also houses the washbasin and a bathtub with hand shower. There is also a chest of drawers and a second TV. The separate toilet is accessed from the hallway.

Bochum city centre
As well as the Schmechtings Wiesental park and the beautifully designed Stadtpark, the centre of Bochum also boasts a thoroughly high-quality commercial offering. It offers a wide range of property, alternating between detached houses, terrace houses and higher residential buildings. At the south side of the city, near the Konrad-Adenauerplatz, you will find the popular and lively gastronomy quarter ‘the Bermuda Dreieck’ (‘Bermuda Triangle’). Numerous infrastructure facilities can also be found in the centre. Distances that you don’t want to cover by foot are easily covered by the frequent public transport. So, for example, in 15 minutes you can be at the popular Starlight Express theatre, the football stadium or the Ruhr university. Transport links: Short journey to the A40 motorway. The main rail station offers international, inter-regional, regional and local rail connections, and also serves as the hub for local underground, tram and bus services.
