The apartment is situated in the attic storey (fifth storey) of a multi-family building. Ideal apartment for up to three people. The apartment comprises a living room, kitchen, bedroom, entrance hall and bathroom with shower. Monthly rent for one person is €995, which already includes service charges, heating costs, electricity and flat-rate internet. The monthly rent increases by €50 for each additional person. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Fee for final cleaning at the end of your stay by agreement. Cleaning of the apartment can also be arranged. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. The living room offers a sofabed, sideboard and flat-screen TV with DVB-T2 connection and DVD player. The kitchen is furnished with a dining table and chairs. Lage

Southern part of the city centre/Kreuzviertel. This district lies directly to the south of the city centre, has an urban character and is a popular residential area, due to its close proximity to the city centre. Especially in the area around Kreuzstraße, there are a number of bars and picturesque streets featuring older buildings. Particularly worth a visit is the Wenker Keller within the Kronen brewery on Märkische Straße. The B1 main road borders the south of the district. Friedrich-Uhde-Straße is around 850 metres away.
