Spacious (approx 75m²), homely apartment with unique charm, in Dortmund’s south. The apartment is arranged as follows: entrance hall, bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. There is also a practical storage room accessible from the kitchen. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of two people. The monthly rent is €1075. The rent includes service charges, heating costs, electricity and flat-rate internet. The deposit required is also €1075. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be invoiced according to the work involved. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. There is a practical wardrobe in the entrance hall. The bedroom is furnished with a bed (1.60m x 2.00m), wardrobe and desk. In the living room, you will find a sofa, flat-screen TV with satellite connection and access to the balcony. The kitchen is similarly fully equipped, and includes among other things a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine and much more.
