Apartment on the first storey of a two-family building, enjoying a quiet and idyllic location. A baker, discount supermarket and tram stop are around 10 to 12 minutes’ walk away, with a restaurant is only 120 metres away. 5 km from the A40 motorway and 6 km from the A42.
The rent already includes service charges and heating costs, plus electricity. Regular cleaning of the apartment can be arranged if required.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

The apartment is split across two levels, offering around 120 m² floor space. There is also a large balcony. On the lower level you will find the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, as well as the bathroom with bath, shower and WC and the spacious living/dining area, with its large dining table and corner sofa. You also access the sunny balcony from here. The upper level offers sleeping space for three people. There is also an additional WC. One of the bedrooms offers a divan bed (1.80m wide). A separate smaller room houses a single bed. A third bedroom can also be provided if required. Washing machine and internet access provided.

Lage

Bedingrade lies around six kilometres to the west of Essen city centre. It is a residential area of low to mid density, surrounded by greenery. Worth a special mention is the Hexbachtal, which lies on the boundary with Oberhausen and offers paths for walks. Denser residential development can be found on either side of Frintroper Straße, with allotment gardens to the north.
