The living area is separated from the bedroom by a breakfast bar/kitchen unit. An en-suite bathroom is behind the bedroom. The apartment also offers a compact, newly designed balcony.
Bochum city centre and the main rail station are within walking distance. Parking available in the surrounding side streets.
The rent already includes an advance payment towards the service charges and heating costs. Electricity must be paid separately.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

The living area offers a leather sofa, USM Haller storage cabinets, a table and lots of built-in storage space. From here you also have access to the balcony, which has lighting. Ceiling spotlights are also fitted in the rooms. Breakfast bar/kitchen unit, with the kitchen area offering a ceramic hob, mini-oven with grill function, a dishwasher and fridge. Tableware and pans (predominantly new and high quality) are also provided, as is a coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with double bed (1.60 x 2.00m), a shelf and TV.
