Two-bedroomed apartment with excellent layout, suitable for a family or two colleagues requiring furnished accommodation in Essen. The apartment is situated on the second storey of a multi-family building. On-street parking. Short drive to the A40 motorway. The centres of Essen, Bochum and Gelsenkirchen are all around 15 minutes’ drive away. The grassed area behind the building can also be used; either for relaxing or for a child to play. Non-smoking property. Pets not permitted.
The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one or two people, and already includes the service charges, heating costs and the cost of cleaning the staircase. If occupied by three people, the rent increases. Electricity costs must be paid separately.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

The living room is furnished with two leather sofas, an internet-ready TV with satellite connection, cabinets and a dining table with five chairs. The compact fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, capsule coffee machine, tableware and cooking utensils. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobes and desk; the other with a sofabed and wardrobe. There is also a storage room with shelves and space for cleaning utensils and suitcase etc. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer, which can be found in the building’s cellar, where there is also a locked bicycle storage area.
The Kray area of Essen lies around 3km to the east of the city centre, spanning the A40 motorway. Kray’s northern part largely comprises multi-family buildings, whereas in the south-east, bordering Steele, building development is less dense. The residential areas can be regarded as spanning basic to good. Two railway stations offer links including to neighbouring towns and cities, with buses serving other areas of Essen. Shops are mainly found along Krayer Straße.
