This fully furnished apartment is part of a two-family building in the Sölderholz area of Dortmund. Its around 35m² floorspace offers homely, modern living. The apartment has a separate entrance and is arranged as follows: Entrance hall, new bathroom, separate bedroom and a living room with integrated working area. You also have use of the garden, where seating is provided. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Ausstattung

The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. In the entrance hall you will find a coat rack, additional storage, a microwave and other cooking appliances. The bedroom is furnished with a bed (1.40m x 2.00m) and a wardrobe. The living room offers a sofa, additional seating, a large desk and a smart TV. Additional cupboards provide extra storage space. From the living room, you have access to the garden, which is for your own use. Here you will find an outdoor cooking range and seating. Sölderholz is a quiet, green area of the city which delights thanks to its proximity to nature and yet favourable location. The district offers a relaxed quality of life, with numerous areas of greenery and walkways, which invite you to take part in outdoor leisure activities. Despite its quiet location, it enjoys excellent links to Dortmund city centre and other areas of the city. Dortmund airport is within easy reach, which makes the location especially attractive for commuters and travellers. What’s more, good bus and rail links provide quick, easy mobility, meaning you can easily reach the city centre and surrounding towns and cities. Shops, restaurants and all important businesses to meet your daily needs are also close by.
