Very central location with excellent amenities: tram route 106, plus underground station Rüttenscheider Stern (U11, 101) and shopping facilities are all just a few minutes’ walk away. On Wednesdays and Saturdays you can visit the market that takes place on the marketplace diagonally opposite.
The monthly rent is based on occupation by 1 or 2 people. Stair cleaning is included, cleaning service for the apartment can be arranged additionally on request. Smoking is possible on the balcony. The rent is calculated for 1 to 2 persons and already includes the operating costs and an advance payment of € 115 for heating costs. Electricity is to be paid separately.
The property owner does not yet have an energy certificate, but it has been requested.

Rüttenscheid
The large and attractive district of Rüttenscheid lies approximately two kilometres south of the city centre, and offers not just vibrant life on the ‘RÜ’, the place to see and be seen, with its restaurants and bars, but also green portions such as the Grugapark or its proximity to the popular southern districts of Essen with the Kruppwald woods and the Baldeneysee. Rüttenscheid has its own very appealing market, where on Saturdays people gather to browse, savour and chat. The underground takes you to the main rail station and city centre in just a few minutes, and buses provide links to other districts of the city. In short: a district with a high quality of life and the best infrastructure.
