The Musiktheater tram stop is just 100 metres away, from which the 107 offers direct links to both Essen’s main rail station and Gelsenkirchen’s main rail station. Parking is possible for a fee in multi-storey car parks and a neighbouring institute.
The rent already includes the service charges and heating costs. Electricity costs must be paid separately.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Lage

Gelsenkirchen city centre
The area around the church on Neumarkt, near the main rail station, forms the centre of Gelsenkirchen, and is partially pedestrianised. Transport links by car and public transport: 2km to the A42 motorway (Schalke exit) and 3km to the A40 (Gelsenkirchen exit). Gelsenkirchen’s main rail station can be found on the southern edge of the city centre, and offers various regional and long-distance connections, plus the S2 local rail service that runs between Duisburg and Dortmund. Underground rail to Gelsenkirchen’s Buer district and Bochum’s Wattenscheid district. Numerous bus routes travel in various directions.
