The apartment is situated in the second storey of a well-maintained multi-family building in a quiet residential development in Bochum’s Langendreer district. All the apartment’s rooms are a delight, thanks to their modern design and high quality fittings and furnishings. What’s more, the balcony with its homely furnishings also offers a magnificent place in the sun. If required, a cleaning service can also be booked at additional charge.
The rent already includes service charges plus heating costs and electricity costs up to €70. Usage over this amount will be billed separately at a later date. Internet connection possible.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. Its living room offers a cosy sofa with coffee table, modern wall shelving plus a TV on a low display unit. The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher and all usual kitchen utensils, as well as small electrical appliances. It also houses a dining area. The bathroom enjoys a modern design, and features a bath, WC, washbasin and window. In the bedroom you will find a double bed (1.6 x 2.0m) and a spacious wardrobe. The property also has a washing machine and dryer. Internet access available upon request.

Langendreer is an expansive district around seven kilometres east of Bochum city centre, bordering Witten and Dortmund. The district’s small centre offers shops and restaurants, and the Shopping Center Ruhrpark shopping centre is only a short drive away. Transport links: A44, A43, A448. Rail stations: Langendreer and Langendreer-West. Local rail service S1 (Düsseldorf–Dortmund). Tram 310, and various buses to Bochum, Dortmund and Witten.
