The apartment is arranged as follows: generous living/dining area with access to the compact garden terrace, bedroom, shower room and an entrance hall area featuring compact fitted kitchen units. The apartment is available to rent to one person; preferably a commuter who travels home at the weekends. Monthly rent: €995. Service charges, heating costs, electricity, regular cleaning and internet access are all included in the rent. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay by arrangement. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Ausstattung

The apartment features wonderful terracotta tiled flooring throughout and is fully furnished, including with a washing machine and dryer in the laundry cellar, flat-screen cable TV, large dining table with chairs, cosy sofa and armchair and electric window shutters. The bed provided is 1.40m x 2.0m. Flat-rate internet is already included in the rent. The bathroom offers a shower.

Lage

The Gartenstadt district lies south-east of the city centre, and is an excellent, sought-after residential area, where it is sometimes apparent how the area’s structure has developed over the years. To the south of the B1 main road you will find developments of detached houses with large grounds, dating from the turn of the 20th century and the 1930s. But pleasant residential areas, enjoying a location near the city centre, can also be found to the north of the B1. The underground rail station from which you can reach the city centre/main rail station and the Aplerbeck area of Dortmund is around five minutes‘ walk away.
