Nicely furnished apartment near the centre of Herne, with just a short journey time to the A43, and from there to the A42 and A40. On-street parking. In front of the building there is a bus stop served by route 362 towards the centre of Herne. (Journey time to Herne city centre approx 7 minutes.) The apartment is ideal for two people. Non-smoking property. A cleaning service and change of linens can be arranged. The rent already includes service charges and heating costs for one person. If occupied by two people, the rent increases by €100. Occupancy by three or four people upon request. Electricity must be paid for separately, according to use.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Herne-Mitte is a district to the west of Herne city centre. It comprises the local districts Baukau-Ost, Holsterhausen, Herne-Mitte and Herne-Süd.
Excellent links to the A43, A42 and A2 motorways. All surrounding towns and cities can be reached from Herne’s main rail station, where as well as trains you will also find underground rail and a well-functioning bus network.
