The rent includes a parking space and an advance payment of € 200 for operating and heating costs. Electricity costs must be paid seperately. Regular cleaning of the apartment can be arranged if required.

Bochum’s Stiepel district
The attractive district of Stiepel lies to the south of the city centre, and is Bochum’s most exclusive, sought-after district. Even the journey from the city centre along the Königsallee to Stiepel takes your breath away. The district offers lots of greenery and opportunities for recreation. The boulevard-like streets feature rows of beautiful detached/semi-detached houses and three-family buildings, as well as small fields, meadows and wooded areas.
Transport links: short drive to the A448 motorway, with its links to the A44, A43 and A40. Buses take you to the centre of Bochum, as well as to Hattingen and Witten.
