Renovated and refurbished apartment, with its own entrance and patio! The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in an excellent residential area, with good parking opportunities. Essen city centre and the A52 are both just a short drive away.
The rent already includes the service charges and heating costs. Regular cleaning of the apartment can be arranged.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Ausstattung

The living rooms feature parquet flooring, whereas the entrance area has natural stone flooring. The large patio has also been laid with natural stone, and represents your very own separate outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy a view of greenery. The living room has been furnished with a sofa and pouffe, glass dining table with chairs and a low display unit with flat-screen TV (satellite connection and wi-fi). A working area has been created in the hallway. The fitted kitchen offers a washing machine, dryer, ceramic hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave and full inventory (tableware and cooking utensils). The bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe with sliding doors and chest of drawers, and is situated next to the appealing shower room (with Rainshower and window). Wi-fi internet access possible.

Lage

Stadtwald lies around three kilometres south of the city centre and is predominantly a quiet, green district. The very best area is right to the south, around Trappenbergstraße und Drosselanger, not far from the Baldeneysee. Frankenstraße is densely built and boasts good shopping facilities. Local rail takes you to Essen’s city centre and to Düsseldorf. The A52 motorway is around 2km away.
