Chronology of the lease
Lessor order
Once we have included your property in our offer, we will suggest suitable tenants for your flat as quickly as possible.
View or let directly
At the viewing appointment, either you yourself or we will show you the flat on site. Then make your choice.
If you do not have the opportunity to view the property, make your decision based on the customer profile and the recommendations of our employees.
Rental agreement
If you agree to the rental, we will prepare the rental agreement immediately. It is usually sent immediately by e-mail.
Alternatively, you can use your own draft contract.
Rent & Deposit
The tenant pays the deposit and the first month’s rent at the latest when moving in.
Please note the legal regulations on bail storage. The HomeCompany will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.
Commission
You will receive an invoice for the agency fees in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. The amount of the fees depends on the agreed rental period.
Living
A date for handing over the flat and keys is agreed both at the beginning and at the end of the rental period. Together with the tenant, you should briefly record the condition and inventory of the flat. We will be happy to provide you with the appropriate forms.
Extend & Extract
We discuss in good time whether the tenant wishes to extend the lease or move out as planned. Depending on the situation, we either draw up a renewal contract or offer the flat again.
When you move out, you settle the deposit and pay it back to the tenant.
