Before signing a lease, we put your tenant through their paces again. Not only via a copy of an ID or passport, but also with a credit check via Schufa and/or an insight into the employment contract.

Not only optimally tailored to you, your apartment and your tenant, but also created by us individually for you, in German-English version for international tenants. Our legal advisors continuously adapt our lease agreement to the relevant rental law jurisdiction.
The mouse doesn’t bite off a thread – an attractive apartment furnished in line with the market and a standard in which the tenant feels comfortable are prerequisites for a good rental.
