A furnished apartment should be fully equipped. The professionally mobile tenant usually travels with his private things in 1-2 suitcases, so all other items of daily use should be present. This includes the complete furniture and kitchen equipment as well as linen (bedding, bed linen and towels) and technical equipment. Washing machine and dishwasher should be available if possible. Internet access is now often a prerequisite for renting.
The evaluation criteria for a furnished rental are usually different from those in a permanent rental, as the requirements of the target group of business tenants differ significantly from those of long-term tenants. Taking all criteria into account, we work with you to determine the fair market rent for your apartment and recommend the appropriate leasing strategy. The basis for a good and secure lease is the targeted selection of a suitable and solvent tenant. We check the prospective tenants for you in a proven standardized procedure, in which the credit check is only the last step when the lease is signed. The deposit provides additional security for you in the event that damage should nevertheless occur. Even beyond the amount of the deposit, the tenant is liable for any damage caused by actions beyond normal use.
