You place your search with us free of charge by filling in the search request and sending it off.
We will immediately send you suitable housing offers with detailed exposés that specifically fit your search profile.
Selection
a) Survey
We organise viewing appointments for the properties that are on the shortlist for you. Alternatively, you can contact the landlords themselves. Then make your choice.
2 b) Direktauswahl ohne Besichtigung
Sie haben nicht die Zeit oder Möglichkeit zur Besichtigung und entscheiden sich anhand des ausführlich bebilderten Exposés oder der Empfehlungen unserer Mitarbeiter.
Rental agreement
Once you have made your choice of property, we will immediately prepare the lease for signature. The contract can usually be sent to you immediately by e-mail.
Rent & Deposit
You pay the first month’s rent and the deposit to the landlord before or at the latest when you receive the keys. Payment is usually made by bank transfer or in cash by arrangement.
Move in & Living
The flat and keys are handed over at the agreed time. Use your flat according to your taste.
Extend & Extract
We will discuss in good time whether you extend the rental period or move out as planned. Depending on this, we draw up the renewal contract or plan the return of the flat. When you move out, the deposit will be settled and returned to you.
Important to know:
All our services and consultations are free of charge for you as a tenant. Regardless of whether you sign a lease through us, we work for you for free, but the result is not for nothing for prospective buyers and tenants.
