A furnished apartment is always ready to move in with all the things for daily use. Complete furnishing is available, as well as full kitchen equipment and all electrical appliances. Internet access is usually available. You can arrive directly with your private things and move into your apartment without any additional effort.
Use our search request to send us the general conditions of your housing search. We recommend suitable apartments according to your wishes and requirements. We advise you personally and can give you specific recommendations / insider tips. Once you have decided on an apartment, we will clarify any outstanding issues with the landlord, if necessary, and then prepare the tenancy agreement. So that you can move in straight away.
All apartments can be viewed online at any time. With informative photographs and, in many cases, additional 360° images, you get a reliable, realistic impression of the apartment. The apartments can also be viewed on site on request. Please contact us if you would like to make an appointment in an apartment.
Almost all apartments are suitable for direct booking. We know the standard, the furnishings and the price-performance ratio of the apartments and can make a reliable recommendation when renting directly.
The quoted rent is usually a flat-rate rent that already includes all consumption and ancillary costs, as well as the costs for internet. If certain costs are charged separately from the stated rental price, this is expressly noted in the exposé. Our service is free of charge for you.
The provision of a deposit as security for the landlord is also common practice in furnished leasing. The amount of the deposit you can see in each case in the exposé
Apartments for temporary use are usually rented for 3 to 12 months. In the exposé, the shortest possible rental period and the longest possible rental period are indicated. If a definite end date is indicated, an apartment cannot be rented beyond this date
If your project is extended, the rental period can usually be adjusted accordingly.
There are few apartments where it is possible to keep animals. Please inform us if you bring a pet.
Professional cleaning is performed before each rental. The costs for this shall be borne in each case by the tenant moving out / the previous tenant. If you do not wish to clean yourself during your stay, we will be happy to organize a regular cleaning service for you.
