The kitchen also has a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
Living room: TV with Firestick, extendable dining/work table, and direct access to the balcony.
Adjacent to the bedroom: separate dressing room/storage space. Allergy-friendly floorboards, and during the complete renovation, all walls were plastered (no wallpaper). The ceiling height is 2.90 m.
The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in 2022. It is in mint condition, clean, and bright.
Wi-Fi is included. Energy costs (gas/electricity) are up to €56.00 per month, including electricity and €20 for cooking (cooking only). Any additional consumption will be charged to the contracting party after meter reading and cost determination.
The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple (only one large bed is available). It is not child-friendly and not suitable for sharing with children.
Non-smoking apartment – smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The residential area is quiet and safe. Parking is available without a parking ticket or resident’s permit. Excellent infrastructure, short distances to the city center. S-Bahn and several bus lines are nearby. A large park and the beautiful “Südgelände” green space are within walking distance.
